Technical solutions for problem solving or system upgrades for steam generators is our principal service. As factory representative for the leading manufacturers of equipment for the steam generation industries, Lockes staff is regularly trained in the new technologies , combustion systems, steam generation and gas treating. By 1980, Locke's boiler repair and retrofit crew added A.S.M.E. Code stamps "S", and "U", and the National Board "R" stamp to provide properly controlled quality welded repairs and replacements for boilers and pressure vessels.

Our customer list includes many retofits, upgrades and rebuild projects for customers large and small. Typical projects include. Boiler Retube, Heater Retube, Air Heater Rebuild, Power Piping, Refractory Upgrades. Our service is provided by an experienced staff that includes office staff, engineers and qualified craft superintendents. Locke employs a crew of experienced boilermakers and pipefitters year-round to serve our customers upon demand. The crews'experience shows up with timely project completion and quality production of work. Our craft personnel are union , which greatly assists our firm in staffing to meet our customers varying demands with qualified , trained and drug free craft personnel.
