Locke Equipment provided all field construction services for Coen Co. for emission reduction on 3 boilers at a paper mill.
The boilers were all field-erected units. Two boilers are Tangentially Fired and one is Front Wall Fired.

· Electrical Connection
· Wind Box Modifications
Charles Morton managed Locke's field crew with assistance by Dan Dill. The installation crew was assembled from local union craft personnel.
